The deviation of the size of the skylight tile is mainly in length, thickness and width. The limit error between the total measured value of the length and the nominal value is taken as the actual error, and the diagonal difference is measured with a steel tape measure with a small graduation value of 1mm and the difference between the lengths of the two diagonals on the same plate is calculated. Among them, the thickness deviation is more important. We measure by selecting multiple points at the midpoint of the four sides.

The production of skylight tiles allows deviations. This deviation must be strictly controlled. Using a 0.01mm thickness measuring instrument, the result is the actual deviation. If this result is within the standard specification, it is a qualified product, otherwise the quality is not up to standard.

The skylight tile is easy to clean and convenient to clean. It does not require special care. It does not soften at high temperature or become brittle at high cold. It is corrosion-resistant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant. It is suitable for the roof of chemical workshops, such as fertilizer plants and electroplating plants.
